Break during job Change in OPT
Hello,
I am on OPT right now and I will be changing my job soon. So, what is the max number of days that I am allowed to take a break between the job switch? Can I take a week or two off?
I understand that the unemployment period allowed in OPT is 120 days and any number above 10 days needs to be reported but will that be accounted when I switch jobs? Is it like a H!B job switch, where even a week is considered dangerous? This will be helpful to know.
