I have received my I-797, Notice of Action showing my EAD card approval confirmation with details such as Validity, USCIS #, Class etc. But the I-796 EAD card was lost by USPS.
I believe the next step is to re-apply, my questions/doubts are below:
> I suppose its the same process and additionally I have to show my I-797 copy and previous case receipt + I mark it as a "Replacement" card. Is there any waiver ? I suppose we are obliged to pay $380, [Inputs Please]
> My employment start date is 09/12/2016, can I start my employment with the I-797 and new case receipt (replacement card). [Inputs Please]
