Hello,
My passport is damaged and I want to re-issue my passport from Indian consulate.
But, I have applied for Employment Authorization Card( I-765, OPT extension ), and currently my application is in ' Case Received' state.
Is it okay to apply for re-issue passport right now, or should I wait until USCIS finish processing of my application.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
