EAD error

Hi everyone,

I have received my EAD card with wrong Date of birth from USCIS. I have not recieved I767 too.
they told me apply for new card by sending them new I765,erroneous card, and all upporting documents again .
i have to pay the fee of 410 again and wait for 2-3 months if this is not the error of USCIS i want to expedite the process but i can not say it without I767.
will it take time for requesting I767?? what is my best option need help urgently

I have to send back
1)erroneous card
2)passport(as dob proof)
3)copy of the letter received when i got the card (its in light green color didn't remember name)
4)paper explaining error

i got reply stating new generated will send back after 3 weeks hope all goes good
