Can I take 2 Stem extensions back to back

Hi,
I did my undergraduate Degree in STEM, and my masters degree in STEM from the US. Can I take extend STEM twice, first based on my undergrad degree and then if I dont get H1b, extend for another 2 years of stem from my masters degree ?

Anyone know if that is possible ?

No. Once you earned in your Masters, you have lost your undergrad OPT.
