OPT Extension with non E-Verify Employer

Hello There,

I am working with an employer which is not E-Verified. I am working as a FTE. I am also eligible to apply for H4 EAD. Few questions here -

1) Can i apply for OPT Extension without E-Verified Employer?
2) If yes, just to not to take chances, can i apply H4 EAD along with the OPT Extension.
3) If both of them get approved, how do i choose my status of choice to work i.e. OPT or H4 EAD.

IF u apply OPT without an Everified employer u dont have a chance of getting extended and in their website they said it should be a everify to get ur visa extended. I am not sure about H4 ead but i think it doesn`t effect coz u have ur spouse working with H1 with legal terms
