Receipt number invalid error & case is still processing

Hello, I have a problem to check my case via Online.
When I put my receipt number, it still shows invalid number error.

I called national call center (USCIS), and the agent told me my case is processing.

I applied my case October 12, and the money order was confirmed on October 25th.
The agent told me my case was received by October 17th.


Anyway, 75 days have passed now. My case is not approved and still processing.
When I entered other people's receipt number (similar to my receipt number), their EAD card was already issued on November 28th.

Is there anyone who cannot check case status after 75days?

well that always happens with USCIS website and I am sure u will get update when the card is mailed so no need to be worried. when u complete 90 if still not updated give a call to them to know the status.

Hello, did you finally receive your EAD card? I have been facing a similar issue and waiting since Oct 26th for my EAD. The online case tracker does not recognize my receipt number

well it happens with the site but not to worry u will be fine jus give a call to USCIS after 90 days. well sometime they change when card is been mailed.
