OPT and EAD Denied due to Submission of I-765 after 30 days

Hi,

i submitted my OPT docs to USCIS 4 days too late and 90 days after, i have got a denial for both my OPT and EAD. Its too late to try again sine 60 days after graduation are up.

Already of a job lined up and this was my first try.

Any opinions on what to do?

Sorry to read that. I had my school intervene and tell me to cancel and submit again. Unfortunately I'm about 2 weeks out from passing that 60 day deadline, and my school can't help me re-apply until USCIS has cancelled my last application, which is taking some time!
