Recent graduate thinking of applying for OPT
None of my research so far is making this make sense to me. I graduated last month and want to apply for post-completion OPT. My DSO is telling me that since I?ve completed my programme, I cannot apply. The USCIS website seems to be telling me otherwise. Any advice?
