Hi,

I am a graduate MBA Student who has just been issued an OPT Permit in the USA. Am I allowed to marry a UK national in the USA whilst on this Permit? I'm aware that marrying on a Visitor Visa is not permitted in the USA. Or is it possible to leave the USA (to visit the UK to marry) and return to the USA whilst on the OPT Permit? Thanks very much.

Yes, you can get married while on OPT. And you can also travel back.
