Hi,
I applied to my initial OPT on September 23, 2019, USCIS received it on September 30, 2019 and got my receipt on October 3, 2019. I am taking only one course with reduced coursework load (RCL - approved by DSO). There is a field on I-20 called "Authorized reduced coursework load" which is supposed to be "yes"in my case but it's empty. I believe USCIS will do background check on this. Do I have to process a new I-20, prepare a new cover letter and send it to USCIS before they deny/ send an RFE? Please advice. Thank you.
