Hi all,
My initial OPT was approved on October 30 and EAD card was mailed to me on November 4 (Priority mail) and the expected date was November 6. It moved from Lees Summit to Kansas city distribution center (21 miles) on November 4 and wasn’t delivered on November 6. From November 6 to November 8, I got “in transit to next facility “ and then no updates after that.
I went to local post office and representative emailed Kansas City distribution centre. I also called customer service, created a service request, escalated it to consumer affairs and they contacted Kansa city distribution center but I still haven’t seen any updates. Does anyone know what’s going on with my package? Should I be worried? Thank you.
