Hi everyone,
I am graduating this week and I had applied for my EAD three months ago, and I received it within a month. I just noticed that the EAD is for pre-completion. This happened because i mistakenly applied for pre-completion instead of post-completion and no one caught the error. I have already left the country and I am supposed to re-enter later this month on 29th December. My official graduation date is 16th December.
Has anyone had this experience and can share any insights on my re-rentry on 29th? I plan on filing a new application after that.
