Hi Guys,
I am a graduate student in a good university. I am having some financial difficulty so I want to transfer to a shady university who are ready to support my I-20. I have only one course remaining to graduate and after enquiry found that I can do the same course somewhere else and transfer my credits to my university and graduate and even by being a student of that shady university .
However, problem is that I am interested in OPT. I would like to know how can I get an OPT if I transfer out from my current University and graduate by taking a course at other university. I heard that the DSO(designated school official) fliles for OPT, however, I would like to know if an immigration lawyer can help me file the OPT after I graduate or should I take admission to my University and graduate from there.
