Which way is the right way to get a Green Card (I am F-1 visa student )
Hi folks,
I am studying Master's in computer science and I will be working as a full time employee after two months (CPT with distance education for the next two years). That is the policy of the college. You study 8 months on campus and then work as a full time employee for two years in corporate companies as a W-2 employee.
How can I prepare a way to get a green card as soon as possible? I heard that you have to work as H-1 B visa holder and the company may apply for your green card and there is a hassle to do that way. If there is an easy way or better than the above one, I am committed to follow it if it is legal.
