Hi,
My wife is on 12 month OPT currently , we are currently in bay area and my wife would like to work in bay area , she got a offer for unpaid internship with a Everified company in NJ who would train and place her in consulting positions in Bay area . She would like to join the company this month , can she apply for 17 month extension early next month with an unpaid position for a company in NJ , eventhough she resides in california ? Does the company need to initiate a Everify case for her when she joins them this month , even though she is joining as unpaid.
