GRE cancelled/ How to get refund

Hi All,
I was helping two girls from INDIA to take their GRE exam. I booked the EXAM in sometime January. But they were not ready to take the exam that time, so I have cancelled it. But I did not know that I have to cancel it before 10 business days. And I cancelled it before 9 business days. I did not get any refund from ETS

Is there any way to get my money or partial amount from ETS?
Did anyone experience the same situation...?
Any help is appreciated to how to approach this issue...

ETS sticks to the rules. If they say refund is given if cancelled in 10 days, they stick to it. Call/email them and see if they will make an exception. Most likely they will not.

i agree with txh1b that ETS sticks the rules.
