I spoke with the customer service/Visa Concierge about my Visa Signature Credit card issued by Bank of America. I asked about accessing airline lounges free of charge and they said that there is a program that I can use by just showing my credit card, ticket and ID. I could not find anything about where I can use the lounges or information about this benefit. On the computer screen there was very little information and I was given Priority Passes number however they heard nothing of it.

What do you do if you get stranded?

I had this harrowing experience very recently and the airline did nothing to help! My flight to Paris was rescheduled for the next day and I was not informed. So I lost one precious day, not to mention the accommodation cost for a day and didn't get reimbursed either!
