Can a Kid travel to India with OCI sticker on expired US passport(carrying both)

My daughter is 10yrs old. Her US passport with 'U" has expired and got new passport The OCI sticker is in the old US passport.

Can I travel to India carrying both US passports, without transferring OCI sticker to new passport?

Please help.
