Minors Traveling without parents

My two children aged 15 & 12 are about to travel from Hyderabad to Dubai on visit visa along with my brother who is working in Dubai, do I have to give any kind of declaration or any additional documentation is required for immigration or airlines ? information would be helpful please reply

You have to grant a declaration/NOC addressing customs & border authorities that your both children can travel with your brother. Also attach documents like children's parents passport copies or any other documents which show your father & mother names are same as per your brother's parents details in his passport. Asvise: better to travel any one of the parents.
