Hi,
I plan to travel to India in December and return back early in January. I have recently received my OPT and have the relevant i-20 papers with me. My Indian passport expires in June 2016.
I will not be having six months validity on my passport when I return to US in Jan'2016. I plan to get my passport renewed after coming back in Jan.
Is it necessary to have six months of validity on your passport when entering the US with the documents that I mentioned above? Will I face any issues and how can I be prepared for them?
Please help me resolve these queries.
