Hello,
I planned to travel overseas on Thursday (5/26) for 10 days under valid H1-B visa (I was on valid H1-B before I received my PR approval). But I received my approval for my permanent residency status yesterday (5/22 Sunday) and can't get an InfoPass appointment to get I-551 stamp (the earliest available appointment is after I come back from my trip). I will try to walk-in USCIS field office and see if I can get a stamp but I know it's not guaranteed. I am wondering, if I don't get the stamp, will it be sufficient to travel with my approval documents, my valid H1-B visa documents with me?
Sorry for the urgent question. My trip is within a few days, so any information is much appreciated. Thank you very much!
