Good afternoon,
this is my situation:
1) I have been arrested in July for disorderly intoxication (my first arrest) in Florida
2) I plead not guilty
3) I have joined a Pre-Trial Diverse Program at the beginning of October and I have taken the only class I was supposed to take after a couple of days
4) the only condition it will be not beeing re/arrested for 6 months and the charges will be dropped.
5) I have been out of US a couple of times after the arrest and before the Pre trial, I have been stopped at the custom and at the end they have let me go with no consequences after 5 minutes
I have to go to Europe really often for my job; do you believe I will have any serious consequences at the rentry before the charges will be dropped?
