Re-entry to the US

Hello
i have question about the re-entry to the US
I'm a DV lottery winner and i entered the US in 26/2/2018 and the visa that i got on my passport is I-551 and i didn't get the green card yet and i need to go to my back to sell my car and quit my jop so i need to go out for 2-3 months
i need to know is there any risk that i will not be able to re-enter to the US or i'm going to be good ?

You should have no problem re-entering the country. But why don't you call directly the immigration office to make sure there is no problem. Call them, and confirm with them you are good
