Travel to India from US with 95 days passport validity

Hi, my wife and kids will be travelling to India from US via Paris on May 10th. My kids passport expires on Aug 22nd. They will renew it during their return on July 23.

Is there a problem in boarding the Air France flight as the passport validity is less than 6 months ? Please help.
