Dear readers, Please help me..
My wife has travelled out of US on FEB 15 2006 on Adv paroll which is valid till sept 20 2006, we both got our GC in April and I have been to our country in MAY and gave the GC to her and I came back and she could not as there were emergencies..
In this scenario can she stay out of US for more than 6 months which is more than aug 15 2006 or does she has to come before the end of 6 months, or can she come before sept 20 2006, she has the adv paroll valid till sept 20 and even have GC in her hand.. Please help..
