Hallo,
I am on H1B working with a telecom company. I changed my job last year in August. My passport has previous employer's H1B stamp valid until March 2007. I am planning a short vaccation to India in Sept, just for 2 weeks.
Can anybody share his/her personal experience on how safe is it to travel with an old employer's stamp & what a person should be cautious of while returning. I have my family with me, wife on H4 & son born in US.
Hope to get some good suggestions.
