Visa For India/Is One Needed?

To whom it may concern,

Kindly advice if I need a visa to enter India.

I will be there for 20 days, travelling from Timor-Leste. Unfortunately, there is no Indian embassy in Timor-Leste (East Timor).

I hold a UN Laissez Passer passport, and have also passport from NICARAGUA (Latin America).

If I need a visa, kindly advice what'a the easiest way to process.
