Rome trip success and no issues are immigrations at all!

Hey guys my Rome trip was awesome and there were not any issues with the immigration process at all.

Now I Will visit Italy again and this time will hit Madrid. Have already started planning the itinerary. Which places should I add to the bucket list? I want to know about Milan discount cards too. Are they gonna be worth the money? Can you suggest the best Milan art galleries and museums? I am very much interested in Milan Cathedral and Milan to Venice day trip Please share some tips!
