Can I enter us with valid visa on old passport. I have valid visa till 2017 with a stamp in 2017 itself for 10days. But in my that passport my wife’s name was her older name (before marriage one ) now in 2019 I got her name changed legally with newspaper ad followed by govt gazette publication and got my wife’s name rectified leading with passport renewed because her after marriage name was in my wife’s and children’s passport. So can I enter us with both the passports ?
