Hi, my Aunty has moved to US on Family sponsored GC . She was working earlier and has unfinished business in India for which she needs to travel atleast 5 month out of year for next two years. Does will be in US 6+ months in a Fiscal year. Does she have to apply for Advance Parole. Will she face any issues travelling back to US?
