Passport validity for 3 months. Can I re enter USA with valid visa ?

My passport expires in next 3 months. I came to India for vacation for 2 weeks and realized my passport expires in 3 months. Not able to renew it here in tatkal due to insufficiency of documents. Last passport was renewed in US. Have to cone back to US as soon as I can. Can I still fly and enter US ? Kindly guide.

I'm assuming you're entering on a nonimmigrant visa? If your passport is from a country in the 6-month club (e.g. India), yes, you can enter the US, but the admit-until date on your I-94 will be limited to no later than your passport expiration date.
