Hi everybody,
I'm a french student (visa J1). I've lost my I-94 when I arrive in the US in July 2011. I applied for a new one by filling a I-102 application. I've received a notice of application I-797c.
The problem is that I want to travel to Mexico on October 14th. Do you think I will have any problem to re-enter in the US? Will I need to fill a new I-94 when I will re-enter?
The documents I have :
- A valid passport with a valid visa J1
- DS 2019 stamped by the border officer when I arrived in the US in July and a travel authorization (signed by the Office of International Student of my school)
- The notice of application I-797c from the USCIS
- Copies of my application I-102
Thank you for your answers
