Tier 2(General ) Visa Extension Query
Hi
I have two queries:
1. I have applied for tier 2 visa extension from UK but I need to travel back to India urgently. Is there any means by which I can travel back to India do my work and come back while my passport has gone for visa extension.Can I get my passport back temporary for few days and after coming back to UK I can send it again for the visa extension.
2. How much time does it take for the visa to get extended while I am in UK from UKBA. I basically need to know in how much time I can get my passport back after extension because I need to travel to India for a very important personal work in some time.
