Tier-2 General Visa concern
Dear All,
Kindly note that I will get my Sponsor Certificate before Dec. 2012 (for 2 years and it's renewable), basically I am planning to settle my family (wife& son) there while keeping my current job in Saudi Arabia as is!
I need your advice regarding the max. possible time to stay away from UK before applying for the (Indefinite Visa); in my case it will be (for sure) more than 90 days per year!
I believe there will always "ways" to overcome this obstacle- I need your advice before investing in relocating.
