Please help! Do I need a Airside transit Visa to go through London airport?

I am holding Chinese passport, I am living in Norway, and have resident permit in Norway, also have 1 years vistor visa to Canada.
planning to go to Canada in next week, and trying to book the flight ticket via London to Toronto.

just wonder if I need to apply airside transit visa or not.
