UK Visitor Work Visa Questions

I maybe asked to go to UK by my company.

I have heard that there is no 'in person' interview like for the U.S. Is this correct? Do I only have to submit the required documetns?

Also, anything that I need to lookout for or be prepared for?

Any other relevant information would be greatly appreciated.
