my Question is
i submitted the visa application under UK tier 1 entrepreneur but ECO refused it and now i submitted for the administrative review which is in process .
mean while am i eligible to apply for business visitor visa to attend the meeting in UK ? while the administrative review in process , or i have to wait for the decision for the submitted administrative review .
