ILR - In short of 12 days for 5 year time period, shold i apply.
Please resolve my query,
I am planning to stamp the ILR, I am going to complete 5 years in 12 May 2015. The issue is
First stamp the Tier 1 – 13 May 2010 – 12 May 2013
Entered in UK on 18 July 2010
Applied for extension and stamp the Tier extension in 2013
Stamp the extension on 22 May 2013 – 30 April 2015
It looks like I am short of 12 days to complete the 5 years , and these short of 12 days is not because of me its because of the authority.
Do you think I will be eligible for ILR or PR?
Should I apply?
