    Indian Passport UK Visa for US born

    My question is for my daughter who was born on 02-16-2015 in Illinois, US, received an INDIAN passport from Indian consulate Chicago.
    Can she apply and get a UK visitor visa from Illinois, US?
    Me and my wife holding INDIAN passport having valid US Visa and I94. My daughter - holding INDIAN passport, No I94, As she was born here in US and having US birth certificate.
