I need help guys, I would like to apply for a family of a settled person visa because my girlfriend is pregnant and is giving birth in july. But we don't meet the eligibility requirement, it says here:
"You must prove that you and your partner are 18 or over and in a genuine relationship.
You must be one of the following:
-married or civil partners
-living together in a relationship for 2 years
-engaged to be married or to become civil partners"
We're not yet married or civil partners nor living together for 2 years. But we're having a baby, I want to apply for this visa because this visa allows me stay longer and gives me a work permit which means I can support my family during my stay. Can I apply for this visa or I cannot? I would appreciate your help guys thank you!
