Hi I need some help guys. My partner is pregnant and she's gonna give birth on july. I want to apply for family of a settled person in uk visa, but I don't think If I meet the eligibility requirement. It says here:
"You must prove that you and your partner are 18 or over and in a genuine relationship.
You must be one of the following:
-married or civil partners
-living together in a relationship for 2 years
-engaged to be married or to become civil partners"
We're not married or civil partners nor living together for 2 years engaged but we're planning to have our civil marriage or get married in uk and we're having a baby does this mean I can apply for this visa? I would really appreciate your help guys! Thank you
