Do I need UK Direct Airside Transit Visa
Hi All,
I am returning to India, currently I am on H1-B visa that is expired and I have approved I797 I94 til 2018. I am going to india for getting my stamping.
I have 3 hour layover in london,do i need DATV even I am indian citizen and returing to India. my Flight is from US to London and London to Mumbai.
Please advise me, I have applied to DATV on UK visa site and worried to send the documents them, if I required DATV what all documents they need.
