I applied for the wrong visa category, will my application be refused?
Hi, I recently applied for a UK visa and I think I made a mistake. Am really hoping someone could kindly help me know whether my application will be rejected or not.
My cousin is studying in the United Kingdom and she invited me to visit her for holidays.
In my application form, I selected "Family" for the visa type and "Visitor - Family - 6 months" for the visa sub type category but I later realized I should rather have selected "Tourism" as the visa type and "Visitor - Tourism - 6 months " as the visa sub type, I have done my biometrics so is late for me to change something in the application.
Please will my application be rejected for applying for the wrong category? , I will really appreciate it if i could get a reply. Your help will be extremely appreciated.
