Hello. My fiance applied for marriage visit visa and it's been refused as she hasn't got the job and can't prove the ties to her country(Philippines), I decided that I will go there and we'll get married and then apply for EEA family permit as I'm a Polish citizens living in UK for a decade. Is it a good idea to do so, any hope to get it granted?
