Well, I have been looking at everything law related and at this time all I can come up with is being issues a 10 year ban for entering UK with an expired Visa.
The issues/questions I have are the following.
Will the UK boarder agency issue me with a 10 year ban without notice to me? I received no information whether or not I am banned or not. Is this something disclosed when you apply for a visa?
Backstory
I have been having alot of mitigating circumstances effecting my overall judgement and ability to take care of matters. Stress/Emotional. I made the wrong move to inform myself other that what was advised to me by a representative at the University...
That I was able to renew my visa outside of UK at the university by simply paying my tuition fees.
Taking this information into account, I flew to UK and was stopped by boarder agency. They detained me in a detention facility and had me take the next day flight back to Toronto.
I volunteered to perform all the tasks that was asked and fully complied.
Any ideas? Help? I plan on calling UK boarder agency tomorrow.
