UK Visa Refusal - Sponsor by Brother
I (45 years) have my brother (35 years) married to UK citizen girl and living in UK. His wife is expecting a baby. I wanted to meet my brother in UK. I am IT consultant working as freelance and earning rs 30K/month.
I applied for VISA which was refused on ground
a) I did not provide proper proof of my earning (although i had attached my 3 years ITR),
b) My brother has not much savings to support me (I have my own savings around Rs. 9,00,000/-).
c) My brother cannot accomodate me as they are expecting a baby. (My brother has two room set own by his wife).
I had submitted all documents but still VISA was refused. I want to appeal against refusal. I want someone to help me to fill apeal form and suggest me what more documents are required to be attacehed. I am living in Delhi, India.
Please suggest.
