Hi, I and my wife are on tier 2 ICT visa from different companies in UK my visa ending date is 12 May 2017 and my wife end date is 06 OCT 17. My 10 months old daughter came as dependent of my wife but she was given visa only till me end day which is 12 May. My company is extending my visa for next 3 years. But my concern is.. even if I take my daughter back with me and apply her visa as my dependant .. Then also she will get visa only till 06 OCt which is my wife's end date ... How should we go about it any suggestions please.
Should 3 of us apply together .. I as main applicant and my wife and child as dependant .. But in this case am not sure if my wife can have 2 visa types at the same time. One tier 2 visa and other dependant visa?
Please suggest the best way.
