Hi Members,
I am currently in UK in Tier 2 ICT visa. My visa is getting expired on 30th June 2017. I am in the process of extending it.
Now my Parents wants to visit here in London for 15/20 days in July. Since I do not have valid Visa in July, I can’t sponsor them. And they can only visit in July because of my mother’s school holiday.
My question is:
- Should I process their visa as normal tourist (not a family member)?
- In the application form they need to say that I am here. So will it be a problem for visa granting as I am not sponsoring formally and they show the hotel bookings?
- Is flight ticket mandatory?
- How much fund in the account is good to show?
