Visa requirement.

My wife having Indian passport wishes to visit Cayman Islands and she has a valid VISA for them. She currently does not have any other countriy's valid VISA but has a layover at London Heathrow. She would be traveling through British Airways and wouldn't be changing airport during layover at Heathrow

Does she need DATV visa or any other transit VISA as U.K. changes its policy often?

Please suggest recommended steps ASAP so that she can travel without any problem.
